We will show you the available homes and homesites in The Meadows and acquaint you with the many wonderful facets of living in Bentwater. We will review all home designs, options, upgrades and financing plans to help you make the best choice for your personal needs.

2) Select one of several beautifully designed home. The Meadows offers the opportunity to select from existing new homes or the option of building a new home in Bentwater without many of the hassles associated with the design, construction, funding and building of a custom home. It’s easy to build in the Meadows with complete financing and a generous choice of beautifully designed and appointed homes. Best of all, you have ample opportunity to personalize your home with the many available options and upgrades.

Master’s Golf Membership: Privileges include unlimited rounds of golf with a 40% discount off the regular posted greens fees on both the Weiskopf and Miller courses, use of clubhouse and dining facilities at the Yacht Club, Country Club and Sports Club, and use of Racquet Club, fitness, Day Spa, Marina and swimming pool facilities.

Golf Privileges: WEISKOPF, MILLER

Sports Club Membership: Privileges include use of clubhouse and dining facilities at the Yacht Club, Country Club and Sports Club, and use of Racquet Club, fitness, Day Spa, Marina and swimming pool facilities.

Golf Privileges: NONE

Social Membership: Privileges include use of clubhouse and dining facilities at the Yacht Club, Country Club, and use of Marina and swimming pool facilities. This membership does not include golfing privileges.
